Can Trigg County salvage the season? Their quest begins with a district game against the Heath Pirates.

2nd District
--Monroe County @ Butler County
--Glasgow @ Edmonson County
Coming off their first win of the season, Glasgow will be looking for a critical district win in Brownsville. The loser will likely face elimination against Owensboro Catholic in the first round of the playoffs.

3rd District
--Western vs. DeSales (at Iroquois)
--Larue County @ Christian Academy-Louisville
With Washington County looking very strong, Larue County cannot slip here if it wishes to contend for the #2 spot in the district.

--Washington County @ Shawnee

5th District
--Mercer County @ Newport
If there's a team remaining on the Titans schedule that can beat the best team in 2A, it would be district rival Newport, but chances are the upset won't happen.

6th District
--Russell @ West Carter
Chalk up yet another district win for Russell? Perhaps, but West Carter is 4-2 on the year and has won their first three district games.

7th District
--Cawood @ Breathitt County
--Leslie County @ Knott County Central

8th District
--Pike County Central @ Belfry
Three other teams remain unbeaten in district play besides Belfry, but the Pirates are poised to cut it to two with a win here over Pike Central.

--Prestonsburg @ Magoffin County

--Corbin @ Middlesboro
Corbin is looking for some more positive momentum as it heads into its three-team district schedule, but finding it in Middlesboro will be a challenge.

Game of the Week
--Caldwell County @ Fort Campbell
With Trigg County out of the picture, this looks to be for a seasonal district championship. Fort Campbell will be tough to beat at home, but Caldwell County has it rolling after a win over the tough Wildcats of Trigg.
